YemenYemeni coffees are the original Mocha (today Al Mukha). The coffee grown in Ethiopia are the impostors, although the tastes, like those of unwashed arabicas, may be similar to the Yemeni flavors which are wild, gamey, winey, dry, delicate, varied and unpredictable, possibly with some chocolate over-tones. The true Yemeni beans, even the most common like Sanani from San'a, and Matari are quite scarce.
Africa
Coffee birth place. It is the continent that produces some of the world's finest coffee.
