COFFEE IN TANZANIA

Tanzania

Coffee is the Tanzania's number one crop. Mostly arabica rather than robusta. The coffee is excellent, washed, reminiscent of Kenyan coffee, but the acidity is less intense and feel slightly milder and lighter and the quality is not quite consistent as the Kenyan. Still produces the best flavor, aroma, and body of the older Bourbon.
